The virtues and beliefs this country was built on are gone. Unless we the people take a stand, this country is done.

Google Favourite Manga Dragonball Z	Well when the peak global oil production reaches it's peak in an estimated 5-25 years then it just goes down hill from there. America had it's peak oil in the 70's at about 10 million barrels. We are currently down to 5 million. Eventually the worlds fossil fuels will be depleted then life will change drasticlly. All our food is transported thousands of miles, our crops are farmed with tractors, cars all that. We need to find something cheap, re-newable, & easy to produce. Another thing is we are running out of fresh water. Lots of places like Australia, California and Arizona are thinking of finding a way to make sewage water drinkable. Australia has a limit to how long of showers you can take. I believe it's 5 minute showers. It's insane. Yet our government is afraid to tell us so we don't panic.

Very bad. I'd also like to take note, that this is the SAME kind of attitude that put us into this situation. "Oh things are fine.. I dont have to worry about this in my lifetime". WRONG. Our Generation is more lazy, unmotivated and selfish than any previous generation. We think we're entitled, when this is not what America was built upon, and the generation that endured the great depression would spit on us for how we've turned out. It's disgusting. Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Berserk all day erry day	This isn't just aimed at America but they really aren't trying to find alternative fuels etc do they not even realise how ducked we are all going to be when fossil fuels run out I think scientists should make this their number one concern Yes curing killing cancer/curing AIDS is important, but what use is that if we can't even travel around quickly? There's going to be riots for sure people will go crazy for that last tank of petrol and we're not going to have anything else to use I don't see how the police of any country are going to handle it there will be mass hysteria pretty much everywhere If America is going to fall it will first and it will slowly but surely take the rest of the world with it There are just too many people on this planet and we haven't done enough to stop that We are a virus sooner or later the planets immune system is going to get rid of us, people don't care enough

Then again the amount of times I've seen these kind of stories exaggerated makes it harder for me to ever take them seriously. Maybe it IS that bad, maybe it is. In either case I'm not sure there's anything I could actually do myself, I imagine there's people who's job it is to fix this. People who know what they're doing rather than blaming the average everyday person who has no idea how to fix it.

It helps us understand how bad our country has gotten but a few of the guys comparisons to tue past are poor. It seemed like he said we should go back to the "good ole days" where few problems existed. The problem with that is the people who were facing the most problems were oppressed greatly. He also refered briefly to immigration problems. Yeah immigrants "built" this country but they also stole it. Also the country is becoming overpopulated, we can't afford to let large amounts of people in.
